We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and security ribbons attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
